• Steel Frames: We provide a 25-year warranty on all steel frames, ensuring they remain sturdy and reliable.

• Foam and Fabric: We offer a 7-year warranty on the foam and fabric against any manufacturing faults.
   

After these periods, we continue to support our customers by offering a lifetime replacement of individual parts at cost price. For example, if the foam happens to wear out after those 7 years, we will replace the seat cushion for you at just the cost of the part.

• Seat Padding and Material: Chairs with foam padding covered by breathable fabric or vinyl provide comfort for long services. Many church chairs offer padded seats and backs, such as the Sanctuary Chair, which uses Memory Foam foam for cushioning and OLEFIN Polyproplyene Fabric for longevity and comfort.
   

• Back Support: Look for chairs with a slightly curved backrest for lumbar support. Upholstered backs or solid wood backs with ergonomic design can enhance comfort, we have a Waterfall front for behind knee comfort and Lower back rest.
   

• Seat Size and Depth: Chairs like the Sanctuary chair offer roomy seats  to accommodate various body sizes comfortably Standard is 52cm Wide and we also have a 48cm version.

• Durability and Frame: Sturdy frames made from metal or hardwood ensure longevity. For example, Our frames are 25mm Mandrel bend and then TIG welded for a solid build. They are then Powdercoated rather than paint that chips easily.

We service the east coast of Australia on a weekly basis, along with selected inland routes, and we also provide direct delivery services to Adelaide, Perth, and Tasmania.
